Yellow Transportation today announced a general rate increase of approximately 3.9% for the United States and Canada, effective March 10, 2008.

Continued efforts, which have been recognized by an EPA Environmental Excellence Award, to reduce emissions and promote green activities throughout the transportation industry.
Secured a five-year labor agreement to ensure that the service and value you expect continues.

Along with these initiatives, aggressive cost-control efforts continue at Yellow. Despite Yellow's efforts, costs in areas such as insurance and workers' compensation have continued to rise.
